Energy of ultraviolet radiation is absorbed by bacterial nucleic acid after bacteria was irradiated by ultraviolet, which change bacterial energy and generate trouble for synthesis of protein and enzyme in the bacterial boby; So it result in microbe aberrance or death. Advantage of uktraviolet stenrilization is short time of touch, strong capability of stenrilization, simple equipment, convenient operation and management, not change physical and chemical property when dispose, not generate 2nd pollution due to taking accessory.
