Distilled water equipment introduction
The tube-type multi-effect distilled water equipment is a device that uses deionized water as the raw material water to prepare water for injection by heating with steam. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, simple operation, high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, and automatic detection of water quality for injection. The injection water produced by this machine is stable in quality and high in purity. The quality of the effluent water meets the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,European Pharmacopoeia,and United States Pharmacopoeia, and the "water for injection" regulations.
The machine can also produce high-purity steam for sterilization and disinfection. It is manufactured by hospitals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, food and beverage industries.

Work principle
Qualified raw material water is boosted by a multi-stage pump and enters the condenser for heat exchange, and then enters each effect preheater in turn, and then enters an effect evaporator and is sprayed on the inner wall of the heating pipe through the material water distributor, so that the material water forms a film in the pipe It flows like a stream and is heated and vaporized by steam from the boiler.
The generated secondary steam entrained with water droplets enters the steam-water separation device from the lower end of the heating tube, the separated pure steam enters the next effect as heating steam, and the raw water that has not evaporated enters the next effect, and the above process is repeated.
The pure steam produced by the final effect enters the condenser to condense and condense the condensate water from each effect except the first effect. After removing the insoluble gas, it becomes water for injection, and the temperature can reach 92 ~ 99 ºC.
