RO and EDI Ultrapure Water System
The central pure water equipment of the hospital ultrapure water equipment is a multifunctional automatic device composed of a pretreatment system, a reverse osmosis pure water system, an EDI deep desalination system, a post-treatment system, and a circulating water supply system. It is safe, convenient to use, low-cost operation, and fully automatic equipment with stable production water quality.
The system adopts full automatic control (manual control can also be used), and automatic backwashing and regeneration procedures can be set when the system is running; the first-stage reverse osmosis and the second-stage reverse osmosis are equipped with return pipes, and the reverse osmosis equipment is equipped with chemical cleaning devices and The reverse osmosis membrane of the disinfection device adopts the reverse osmosis membrane imported from the United States to ensure the long-term stable operation of the reverse osmosis equipment; the reverse osmosis pipeline uses high-quality materials such as stainless steel and UPVC; it is installed in both the first-stage reverse osmosis equipment and the second-stage reverse osmosis equipment There is an online conductivity detector; the reverse osmosis system is equipped with low-pressure protection and high-pressure protection switches; the reverse osmosis water recovery rate is adjustable, the primary reverse osmosis recovery rate is 60-70%, and the secondary reverse osmosis recovery rate is 70-80%; The pipeline is equipped with an ultraviolet sterilizer and a microporous filter to ensure that pure water meets sanitary requirements.

2. Pretreatment → reverse osmosis → intermediate water tank → water pump → EDI device → purified water tank → pure water pump → ultraviolet sterilizer → polishing mixed bed → 0.2 or 0.5μm precision filter → water object (≥18MΩ.CM)
3. Pretreatment → first-level reverse osmosis → dosing machine (PH adjustment) → intermediate water tank → second-level reverse osmosis (positive charge reverse osmosis membrane) → pure water tank → pure water pump → EDI device → ultraviolet sterilizer → 0.2 or 0.5μm precision filter → water object (≥17MΩ.CM)
4. Pretreatment → reverse osmosis → intermediate water tank → water pump → EDI device → pure water tank → pure water pump → ultraviolet sterilizer → 0.2 or 0.5 μm precision filter → water object (≥15MΩ.CM)
