working principle
Based on the reverse osmosis membrane, it is equipped with a corresponding power source. Under appropriate reverse osmosis pressure, it is filtered through multiple layers to remove ions and bacteria, so that its product water quality meets the standard of hemodialysis water.
Raw water undergoes proper pretreatment to remove crude impurities, residual chlorine, organic matter, and hardness, and reverse osmosis system removes dissolved salt ions and low molecular weight organic matter to produce hemodialysis water for direct use; or select post-treatment after reverse osmosis system through physical or chemical or physicochemical methods and endotoxin filtration to kill microorganisms and bacterial endotoxins that may be generated by pure water storage, the terminal water meets the standard of hemodialysis water.
Remove the scales and blockages generated during the operation by regular cleaning; choose one or more combinations of physical disinfection, chemical disinfection, thermal disinfection, ozone disinfection, etc. to remove the microorganisms that may be generated during the operation of the equipment.
The control system ensures that the equipment operates as designed.
RO membrane and EDI technology introduction
Reverse osmosis is to separate the solvent (usually water) in the solution through a reverse osmosis membrane (or semi-permeable membrane) with sufficient pressure, so it is called reverse osmosis.
Reverse osmosis, as an efficient desalination technology, can remove impurities such as inorganic ions, bacteria, viruses, organic matter and colloids in raw water to obtain high-quality purified water.
According to the different osmotic pressure of various materials, the reverse osmosis method can be used to achieve the purpose of separation, extraction, purification and concentration.
EDI (electrodeionization) technology combines electrodialysis technology and ion exchange technology to achieve the directional migration of ions under the action of a direct current electric field through the selective permeation of anion and cation exchange membranes for anions and cations and the exchange of ions by ion exchange resins. In order to complete the deep desalination of water, the water quality can reach more than 15MΩ.cm.
While desalting,hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions produced by water ionization regenerate the ion exchange resin, so it can continuously produce ultrapure water without acid-base chemical regeneration.

Pure water system process flow
1.Pretreatment→UV sterilization device→first-level RO device→second-level RO device→intermediate water tank→EDI device→deoxygenation device→nitrogen-sealed pure water tank→TOC UV removal device→polishing mixed bed→ultrafiltration device→water point
2. Pretreatment → reverse osmosis → intermediate water tank → water pump → EDI device → purified water tank → pure water pump → ultraviolet sterilizer → polishing mixed bed → 0.2 or 0.5μm precision filter → water object (≥18MΩ.CM)
3. Pretreatment → first-level reverse osmosis → dosing machine (PH adjustment) → intermediate water tank → second-level reverse osmosis (positive charge reverse osmosis membrane) → pure water tank → pure water pump → EDI device → ultraviolet sterilizer → 0.2 or 0.5μm precision filter → water object (≥17MΩ.CM)
4. Pretreatment → reverse osmosis → intermediate water tank → water pump → EDI device → pure water tank → pure water pump → ultraviolet sterilizer → 0.2 or 0.5 μm precision filter → water object (≥15MΩ.CM)
