The pure steam generator is designed and manufactured according to the "JB20031-2004" standard.
The chemical water is the feed water, which is heated with steam to produce sterile, pyrogen-free pure steam.
The quality is stable and the purity is high, which meets the requirements of the 2010 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the Republic of China

Widely used in sterilization and disinfection of process pipes, containers and utensils in the medical and health, biological, manufacturing, food and other industries, effectively prevent the re-contamination of impurities such as heavy metals and heat sources.
The machine's advanced steam production process has introduced and absorbed foreign advanced technology and adopted advanced the structure of the falling film of the tube and the separation of the heat source by the spiral, the shell has good thermal insulation effect and high thermal efficiency,fast steam production, safe and simple operation.
There are two models of this machine: automatic control type and manual control type.

Work principle
The raw water of the pure steam generator is sent to the decontamination column and the tube side of the heat exchanger through a feed pump.
After the industrial steam or heated water enters the heat exchanger, the raw water is heated to the evaporation temperature, and a strong thermal cycle is formed inside the two columns.
Pure steam will be generated in the evaporator (decontamination column).
The low speed of the steam and the height of the column will remove any water droplets that may be impure under the action of gravity.


Flow process
The purified water of the pure steam generator passes through the multi-stage pump to enter the feed water filter, after passing through the flow meter, enters the feed water preheater. The boiler steam in the shell side is heated and evaporated, and the secondary steam generated by the evaporation enters the pure steam generator. The pure steam filter captures and filters the droplets entrained in the secondary steam, and the dried pure steam is output for the user Use, the remaining feed water is discharged as concentrated water.
